That second buffer plastic fence is a brilliant idea. Saved having to measure the router fence twice, especially if you have multiple pieces to profile 👍

Thanks, I used the technique with a hand held compact router, taking a little at a time- no burn!

I feel like such a donk - I'm sure I was taught that a slow pass is better for burn (a lack of). Next time I'm taking that last pass, I'm whipping the sucker across. Cheers, boss!

I can't do this with a cross cut, cut specially with 2  1/4 radius. I tried slowing it down, faster and pulling back and forward again and still burning. lol
