This is one of the nicest houses I’ve seen in these house tours. A lot of the super expensive places are just too much. I never understand the weird TV placements in these houses but that’s another story lol. This place looks genuinely livable for one person. I’d never have my only home in a city like NY, but I love the home.

The apartment seems relatively good value for money considering the location and view. As for the apartment itself…compact rather than palatial. I live in a tiny apartment and this multimillion dollar one is only 4 times larger. A great lobby with amenities though. This is a former office building converted to residential, right?

I think the biggest amenity to this apartment is the guaranteed views. That is so hard to come by in Manhattan, when developers buy and stack air rights from neighbouring properties. However, for a 3-bedroom, the overall square footage is kind of skimpy, and the rooms are smallish. I do like the window in the walk-in closet. This building would be a place where you could never leave during the day, if there were also lockers for your Fresh Direct deliveries. Still, for the price, it's a good value for NYC.
