A few comments: Firstly, Enes, you should absolutley do more NYC luxury apartment tours, this is what initially brought me to your channel. Secondly, I came for the house tours, but stayed for the friendship between you and Mikey. Mikey's comments and interjections are always welcomed by me, and add the best character to your videos. He is invaluable. You guys, are, have, and will, continue to crush it.

I like it when mikey talks. It makes it feel more like a conversation than somebody just telling me facts about a place.

I love that Mikey and Enes have a back and forth throughout all the videos. Don't ever stop Mikey! You're a huge part of why I enjoy this channel the most!

The fact that Enes and Mikey do this together, is why I watch these videos. Any real estate agent, presenter can do a solo house tour. Now what sets you guys apart and makes it interesting and enjoyable is that, Enes knows his stuff from a building and renovating practical point of view as well a selling point of view ( gives confidence, that you know what you are on about). The fact that Mikey and Enes work together and have such good working relationship / chemistry, makes it enjoyable to sit back and watch, these videos. No b.s . Just telling it like it is, keep going 👍😊 otherwise it is just the same as everybody else 👌

100% we need more NYC penthouse tours, I like the views of the city, especially at night. Parkplace was one of my favourite tours you've ever done. I love it when Mikey also says what he likes and it's more of a conversation. 😁

Who said they don't want the cameraman to talk? Why? The conversations bouncing off each other is how we learn about various things. Forget the complainers, there are only a few of them and should be forgotten.
I do love how you explain everything in such detail. The overhangs on the French Doors, who knows this stuff, but you do, and it's something we will think about from now on.
You both are very good at what you do.

At this point, Enes and Mikey been to so many places we could very well be looking at something they filmed a year ago.💯The quality is so good you couldn't tell if you wanted to. These guys could probably take off a couple of months off and still have fresh content for all of us to enjoy every week.🤗

This penthouse is characterized by elegance, warmth, comfort and brightness! The terrace is big enough to play badminton there!
It used to be a chocolate factory, did Willy Wonka live there? lol !
I like its geographical location, cultural background and topicality!
Also, I really hope to be the neighbor of celebrity Enes one day, cheer! Thanks a lot for sharing! 👍🥰👏

Some might call this a quintessential NYC apartment. It is what people think of who want to be part of the city and not isolated in it. It’s elegant and homey. Thanks for sharing this guys.

Beautiful home!...and whomever said that they don't like when Mikey talks is being mean for no reason. The rapport that you two have when filming is what drew me to this channel so long ago. It set you apart from the formal, fake style of most of the other real estate walk through channels. Please don't listen to the haters, we love you Mikey!

I love it when Mikey talks! Who's complaining?

NY just has such a different vibe than west coast. Love it when you guys make it out there.

Btw, Mikey's input is welcome. It's a great way to keep the videos relatable and not snobby. You both do a great job!!

I really like the character of this building and the neighbourhood. Also it's not too high and the balcony/patio spaces feel safe and usable. I'm scared of heights so even watching videos of you step out onto balconies of higher penthouses makes me dizzy 😂

I personally enjoy Mikey's input. He also seems like a bit of a history buff so i find his comments really interesting, especially as I'm not from the US
