I woke up this morning and my 11 pro max was off and wouldn't turn on. I had left it charging so I knew it wasn't for lack of power...On the way to work, worried, making plans to take it to a service tech and seeing where to get the money for the fix (I suspected a battery problem). My son's phone was charging overnight and this morning it wouldn't turn on. We tried everything and could not work. I sent him to college then watched your video, I kept doing the first step where I would continuously press the up, down and power button almost 50 times and the apple logo came on. I just want to let everybody know when doing the pre-check to hold the power button longer than he did because if you let it go too early that couldve fixed your problem and you wouldnt know.
