In this video I’m going to talk about the Best Rhomboid Pain Relief Exercise For Back Pain Relief (2023) and
Rhomboid , or upper back pain.
Rhomboid pain is pretty common and is typically felt under the neck between the shoulder blades and spine.

To get rid of the pain, have you tried stretching or rolling this area with a ball or foam roller only to get temporary relief? This is because although You may think your discomfort originates from a strain or trigger point associated with these muscles - the rhomboids are rarely the culprit. So in order to find a long-term solution, we should take a step back and consider a more holistic approach. The key message I want to deliver in this video is local rhomboids treatments alone are not enough for such condition, especially if you suffer from recurrent inter-scapular pain. In this video, I will explain to you the common causes, and the most effective corrective exercise for the recurrence of rhomboid pain.

I’ve had neck pain for almost 6 months and countless therapy sessions and chiro visits. I had spasms in my rhomboids and my neck and kept smashing it with a lacrosse ball and neck and back stretches but it only provided temporary relief. I did these exercises and immediately they were gone!! Thank you James! You saved my life!!

i've been having pain in that area almost daily for over a year from riding a moped all day for work. 10 painful reps of each of these just alleviated alot of the naggy part of the pain. I’ll begin using these on a daily basis. Thank you so much for this help Dr.!!!

I've had rhomboid pain since August. In December I started doing these exercises. Within days my pain went away. It's been gone ever since. I will carry on with these exercises. Thanks James!

These helped me so much!! I’ve had rhomboid pain on & off for years and never knew exactly what it was or how to treat it. Thanks just copied these exercises and heard a loud crack from my shoulder and relief of the pinch. Will add these to my daily stretches!

I have been bothered with my upper back for years, went to chiropractor and physiotherapist, and it helped for a while, but the pain always came back after some time, after I started to do this exercise, my back pain are gone, and I fell more energiced. Thank you so much James.

Been doing these exercises religiously …they’ve had a huge positive impact!! I would say my Rhomboid pain has diminished by 50%. Given that I’ve had this problem for some 5 yrs, it’ll most likely take a few weeks to fully resolve. Thank you so much for your excellent guidance and help…God bless you!

Thanks a lot, I was doing foam rolls all day as my rhomboids were killing me. Did a few reps of each exercise and the pain has been alleviated. Definitely useful to do these in the morning.
I'd love to see some rehab vids on shoulder instability and how the bicep comes into play during shoulder health in general

I never thought this would work but it did!!! What a relief!! I've been that on and off annoying tight sensation between my spine and shoulder blades for around 2-3 months and just by doing the exercise i automatically got a sense of relief! Talk about losing a major weight off your shoulders . Great work James.
