Keep exercising, keep reading, treasure your alone time, & reach out to others, i.e. join a group, volunteer, &/or reconnect with (emotionally healthy) friends &/or family. Journal, set goals, take steps towards them. Express gratitude. Read, sing, dance, pray, meditate, be of service. Try not to hurt anyone; apologize if/when you can. Love always!

For me it’s exercise, a minimum once a week I run and everyday I will do a set of press-ups, sometimes I don’t want to do them, but I make myself do them. Also a morning routine as Tony said get primed for the day and this channel is a part of that routine and one cold shower in the morning! Lastly a 1 minute video across all my social with the intention to help others on this amazing planet. If I can help one person through that 1 minute video it’s the best! Im in a delima at work. The single biggest take away was that I need to not feel alone when I'm by myself. And my introversion characteristics at the work place.
This sparked thoughts that will help me get my point across to my boss and my subordinate about my issues in this delima. This will provoc conversation on their thoughts and we can find common ground to stay positive and move the business forward.
Im tired of not expressing myself and feeling that I CAN DO IT AND GROW TO DO IT BETTER DAILY. #BELIEVE

Nothing wrong with talking to yourself...just keep it a one way conversation. Who said that? Lol Think out loud. If you read the bible, read it out loud....powerful. it is a mental exercise as well. I had a slur from years of drinking. Reading out loud is helping and the bible is the best medium. Be blessed...
