When astronaut Neil Armstrong climbed out of the lunar module and stepped onto the moon’s surface for the first time, he was immediately instructed to scoop up a handful of moon dust and stuff it into his pocket, just so they'd have something in case the mission was suddenly aborted. Well here's your chance to own some of that dust, and it'll cost you just shy of £4,000—oh, and you get a watch thrown in with it for free.

This watch is not simply a watch. It’s pure art.
Thank you for this beautiful review.

I completely love these videos. I really feel you’re hitting your stride. The info, the wit and the simplicity. Wonderful.

I like this one. Don't really care for the rest of their collection though.

The watch is certainly a curiosity but I'd have bother reading the hands. Grey on silver?

I can't say that I like that watch, but I can't say I don't like it either. It is weird and wonderful at the same time.

I'd be fascinated to see a video about the Ressence range of watches.👍

If that moon dust on the case back is on the Omega speedmaster moon watch I would buy it instantly!

Another great video. This model actually looks great. Some of the other models are an acquired taste.

I'm a big fan of meteor slice dials. This example of fine watch making looks great to me. Keeping the monochrome face uncluttered with the crystalline structure of the meteor being the focus of the design is very well done.

Had this watch and flipped it. It was an absolute blast to play with for a week, then sat in my case for a month, and then I realized it was never displacing any of the mainstays of my collection and got rid of it.

It is remarkable to stare at for an hour but it just isn’t a usable watch.

I really like this watch. Not familiar with the rest of the brands output though.

For a quirky watch.... .i like it . Other quirky watches can be unreadable, or looks too weird but this is in a weird way, clean. Should have kept the case rim round (and polished) though

What I love about that dial is how absolutely modern it is. It gives me cyberpunk vibes more than anything. I love that.

I like how he low key thrown in silicone plastic surgery joke into the video.

As mentioned in the video there are more watches that use this silicon dail. This Romain Jerome however does this very well. When people buy a watch like this it is not just for the collection and therefore shoudn't end up spending it's life in a safe or wooden watchbox. It needs to be used, loved and admired by it's owner. This watch is, as a unique piece, a great example of a very special person who understands that it is a one-off.
