Recipe:
▢ 1 small green/ unripe banana
▢ 1/2 ripe avocado
▢ 1 c pineapple
▢ 1/2-1 c frozen spinach or any greens you have
▢ 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
▢ 1 scoop prebiotic fiber powder (optional)
▢ 1 c almond milk or water
Topper options:
▢ 1 tbsp cacao nibbs
▢ 1 tbsp shredded coconut
▢ fresh berries
