1. Don't be overheard complaining, not even to yourself.

2. Don't talk more than you listen.

3. Don't tie your identity to things you own.

4. Don't compare yourself to others.

5. Don't suffer imagined troubles.

6. Don't judge other people.

7. Don't over indulge in food or drink.

Gratitude has made my life worth living. It doesn’t matter where you live…you can look around you and see others would love to have your problems.

I needed that today.
I complain about imagined trouble

Complaining sometimes is cathartic but its a bad habit that makes people dislike and distrust you. Good thing to hear today i needed the reminder.

My dad used to always say “dont borrow trouble from tomorrow”. Another good reminder

I've quietly observed, learned, and value your daily content.
This one... is quickly spoken and has had the greatest impact yet.
Gratitude kind sir.

The thing about stoicism with me is the fact that I've been living by these rules on my own - which comes from my adversities in life and I naturally came to be a stoic without even knowing what the term encompasses. That's why I love stoicism so much and I'm a natural one for life.

People have always called me stoic but I've never actually looked into everything that entails.

I never do any of those things...except complain....I complain a lot....

Thanks for the video, I'm going to work on that.

Thanks Brother. The ancient Egyptians talked about not 'speaking over-much.' Yessir.
