We are making smoked barbecue brisket today. I will show you how easy it is to make wonderful brisket (AKA meat candy). I want you to see that once you get the grill the sky's the limit and you don't have to be a pro to smoke meats. I don't even follow a recipe most of the time. It's true art.

WOW! That was a ginormous slab of brisket. I liked the details you added and how you wore gloves. For some reason I thought leaving the fat on would be a good thing. I did more reading, nope, too much fat left on the meat causes issues - nice tip for cooking.
