Right Turkic or Mongolic warriors that conquered the world that only ate milk and meat had the weakest bones. You wouldn't dare talk about their ancestors like that to their face

If you want to strengthen your bones, then you should try to eat a balanced diet with plenty of vitamins & minerals and lift heavy weights or do other activities that put stress on your bones but not enought to break them. Over time your bones will get stronger.

Silica is the most important nutrient for strong bones healthy skin nails and hair! I don’t know why doctors don’t talk more about this. Bamboo is tuff hard and stiff because they’re made up of 70% or higher of SILICA!

Well, milk is also a good quick drink that is fatty and sugary. It’s something to give you an extra boost when you’re burnt out.

This is marketing too.. bcz now a lot of people are lactose intolerant and the milk that your cows produce has lactose in it. Drinking milk and having milk products is from ages and not 1950s

Need vitamin k2 for the calcium to go into the bones; drink grass-fed milk, eat cheese and others; milk kefir is really good as well as sauerkraut, kimchi, and natto(Japanese fermented beans) But also eat foods with Vit D, A and manegsium to make it all work.
