Delphi murders case judge rejects request to step down

I'm glad she's staying on as judge. Those attorneys for Richard Allen got some loco. Ideas that nobody wants to hear. Justice for libby and abby

She seems to believe the Supreme Court has already cleared her of bias. This is a misinterpretation of the second OA which only delt with Allen getting his defense back. This is begging for a third OA, rare though they are, I certainly see Hennessy bringing one forward for bias.

Good job Fran gull, she’s a fair judge she just doesn’t take crap from bs attorneys and she is the best one to judge this trial
