She sat on those motions she decided TODAY for months! Back dating the docket does not turn back time. She only published her decisions TODAY because she knows the IN Supreme Court is going to be watching if they weren't already. She has been derelict in processing work in a timely manner. And feeling sorry for an incompetent prosecutor is no excuse for "coaching from the bench."
