I think many of use struggle with negative self talk from time to time, some
more than others. While we can have the best of intentions, keeping your mind positive can be
a struggle.
In this video, I share 5 of the most common dumb things I say to myself that have held
me back at times and made me struggle.
Plus, I share what I do to snap myself out of it and overcome any negative thoughts to stay on
track with reaching my goals.

Great advice, Lacey! Thank you so much! One thing that was hard for me to deal with was the subtle peer pressure when eating with others. I finally said to myself that only I am in control of what I eat, not others. I also learned that if you want something badly enough, you'll do what you have to to make it work, and that includes healthy eating and weight loss. It's difficult at times, but the key to remember is perseverance! Another awesome video, Lacey! I hope you and your family are well! 💜

you know what is "harder on your family"?... having a parent who is unhealthy, cant go to family functions or who is dead.
This is super harsh -- but it is true
