If you need to level up your new from 0-81 character you need about $3.5 million zeni to give the namekian, then from 81-99 you need about 800 tp medals!
How to get money & tp quickly do expert mission where you fight Goku SSGSS! You have to grind at least 30-45mins

Also everyone after you complete the story mode don't forget to go above PQ terminal and get your 40 Ton Weights super soul that doubles all XP gains from completing missions. Between that item and this character. your char will hit max level in no time at all

A good thing I'd recommend for getting TP medals is to go onto Expert Mission 16 (Vegeta Blue Mission) to get 16 TP medals and then talk to the Namekian once you have enough. If you already swim in medals, don't listen to me, but this works for me quite well as I don't have tons of them.

I think you be over exaggerating how great this is. At best you’re gonna get a handful of levels before you run out of TP medals. Although this would be nice for getting that SSGSS transformation
