Remember that as you level up, the enemies won't. And you will get less and less XP per kill. So you MUST go to tower to reset the city so that the enemies scales with your level.

Thank you. There are a number of others on YouTube that tell us about this exact farming method. The difference here is, you actually bring in details that they don’t. You make it quite simple to follow the instructions. Others just say it and don’t tell you things like. Not finishing the mission before going into the main menu and back again. So thank you for this video

Jan 2024 and this still works! Also found out you /can/ kill the last enemy. I would hit them with a ranged attack, then right in the middle of them falling/yelling and as soon as the damage points show up I paused the game and returned to main menu. After restarting the same mission would be available and I would get that extra 1k+ xp from the last enemy.

I respect you taking time to show this method. It’ll be useful on the playthrough I do with my friend when he gets the game, but quite frankly, when I finished the story I was level 29, so it’s not SUPER crucial, but everyone plays their own way which is the beauty of games like this! Great video

The truly best xp farm would be joining someone who's level 40 and farming as normal with them. You'll be racking up xp like crazy without needing to reset to the main menu.

During my experience I found that it’s best to do high level criminal deals for farming since you can kill all the enemies without it finishing

As soon as you start ng plus do all the training and you will get to about 35 then do those crimes

Went back to belfry after getting 12 evidence and didn’t get a very high or even high mission

Got my clue level to 12 but didn't find any difficult missions after going to the belfrey

Good video, but I think you either need to have progressed the story to a certain point, or be of a high enough level to even get very high crimes. I'm currently at the start of ng+ (lvl 34) and the highest crime I've seen was normal.
