I work for a hair salon and any type of salt in water and is applied to the hair doesn't matter what salt it is will make your hair very dry...and could lead to damages in the future after washing.

I would not recommend to do this often since it can dry your hair/scalp and leave salt deposits forming in your scalp use natural oils for your curls not sea salt

as a person with naturally curly hair i do not recommend if you have straight hair and want curls i recommend a perm or getting wavy hair not seasalt as it dries your hair and makes it frizzy and can cause damage to your hair (i didnt try it and i wont try it)
