Some good tips here and I know this is a 4 year old video but I have to correct a possibly dangerous piece of advice. You state that it's ok to refrigerate rice for a few days and then freeze it, or at least that's how it may come across as you talked about refrigerating it for a few days to make fried rice and then spoke about freezing it. The research on toxins produced by bacteria in the rice shows that if you cool it quickly immediately after cooking and refrigerate it then yes you can store it for a few days in the fridge. However during those few days the bacteria will increase in number and so will the toxins they produce. If you then freeze that rice the bacteria will go dormant and the toxins remain, so when you then reheat that rice a month later the toxins present may reach dangerous levels and they are not destroyed by cooking.

So either cool the rice quickly, refrigerate it and eat within 3 days or cool it quickly and then freeze it immediately, preferably below -12 C and eat within a month.
