The fact that they cut off water to the canal that feeds Crimea shows they have little confidence they can keep the territory.

Russia can’t tell a Leopard tank from a harvester 😹

Remember the Russians screaming about the Kherson counter offensive being a failure when it kicked off?
Remember the Russians doing the same for the Kharkiv counter offensive?
History doesn't often repeat itself, but it sure does rhyme.

Russia was saying that the Kharkiv offensive was constantly being thwarted as they retreating across the whole region.
Seems most likely that Ukraine was doing probing and then backed off, and Russia, not being able to comprehend modern warfare, think that means they defeated them and then inflated the numbers for glory.

There is a line in the video that says "Cherson is occupied by Ukrainians". Cherson can't be occupied by Ukrainians as it is part of Ukraine by International Treaties. Cherson can be only occupied by Russians and can be only liberated by Ukrainians.

Blowing up the dam would have caused destruction to agriculture and could impact supply chains thus escalate global inflation further...

The Russians also posted a video of them blowing up a Leopard 2. turns out it was a harvester. I am surprised the harvester did not win.

Just to let you know, maps published by the Ukrainian side will have now a 2 - 7 days delay depending on the operational significance of gains / loses and the status of those gains / loses (temporary or not).

For example we already knew about Ukrainian gains around Bakhmut 3 days ago (Source: Prigozhin), but we got yesterday night the map update only for the gains towards Berkhivka (not even a full update on the situation, because there are already unofficial reports that the fighting moved to the outskirts of Paraskoviivka).

Keep calm and be patient. Let AFU do their job. They will let you know about their successes soon enough.

“What’s are we going to today Puntin? “ Same thing we do every day Sergei. Try and take over Ukr… Bahkmut.”

It is just so baffling to think that Russia knows we know it's shit, and is still going to try to say it defeated an 8 battalion attack 😂

Ukraine is smart enough not to leak anything just yet and even if something would come out that russia logcially would assume they could just point the offensive elsewhere.

As for the Kakhovka dam disaster, then no matter who did it, the fact that the Russians had a long defense line dug-in in a place that is so flat that it would be flooded very fast, in the most horrible way with little to no chance of escape if the dam was to break or blow up, prove that the Russian top-brass could not care less about their own troops. There is a very good analysis of the whole disaster that you can find by searching for this :

Well, Russia had already done plenty of horrifying stuff, and China and India were fine with that too. So barring the use of nuclear weapons, this will likely be met with a shrug by those nations as has been the case before.

Oleksiy Danilov said that the counter-offensive has not yet begun. The attacks that happened were very small probing attacks and do not constitute the start of an offensive.
