If we are talking about which Pokemon to build what better place to start, then the GOAT Shadow Swampert called the GOAT aka the greatest of all time because it is an absoulte monster! when sheild sre up if offers huge shield oressure with its hard hitting charge moves and when sheilds are down it really goes to town.

Todays safe swap will be Skuntank a pokemon I've been hyping up for a long time being a dark a poison type it is onky weak to ground and has great coverage and huge fast move pressure without a doubt the unsung hero of the ultra league.

The closer will be the newly buffed Alolan Sandslash. This season, it got access to Drill run last season when using it. I thought to myself if it gets a better ground charge move it will be busted, and guess what ? it really is
