Great video. I'm onboarding my first OSR after owning my company for 6 years. The company has been very successful with just me, the founder/owner, doing all the sales. I have a great admin team that supports me. I finally found a quality person and hired him as an OSR and this video there's something I will definitely use. All the steps are very practical and I will definitely set up very similar steps for my onboarding process. Thank you
