Its hard for me to guess if i have carpal tunnel. But ive had a sharp pain in my wrist for a while and i feel it ongoing all day every time i move my wrist a certain way. I get random cramps in my wrist also but i do feel a tingle often through the day. I feel the pain in my left hand on the corner of my wrist under the pinky area

I had carpal tunnel in my right hand I ended up seeing physical therapy and they made me a splint.
I've not had use it now for while.

Didnt even know I had Carpal tunnel syndrome until I had a nerve test done. At times I couldnt even grip a pen to write or unscrew a lid on a jar. I thought my hands were just sore from lifting weights. Once they diagnosed me I realized how I would do repetitive motions constantly. I was a corrections officer and couldnt even tell you how many times per day I would have to unlock cell doors with my keys. Easily hundreds to a thousand times a day.

I was diagnosed with it 25 years ago. I can't hold my phone without my hands going numb. I wake up around six times a night from pain and numbness. Several of my finger tips have no sensation. The pain actually goes into my forearms. Dexterity is terrible. I have an appointment tomorrow with a specialist. Now I am concerned I have waited too long to take care of it.

Bro I think I got this carnival tunnel thing cuz I just woke up to my hands feeling like it has pins or needles inside it and it didnt hurt that bad so I washed the hand and also im a minecraft player but my left hand isnt my main hand and I only use left hand to tap jump and move and I do all the sweaty things from my right hand (hit, place blocks, crouch, )

i konw i should go to a doctor to find out for sure, but ill throw out my problem here first and get the internet doctors, im starting to have hand problems, a month or two ago i suddenly had a thumb problem, it was acute, not gradual, it feels like a nerve along the inside of my radius rolling up and down right at the joint and bone cluster in my wrist when i try to extend my thumb in an L shape from the rest of my hands, it WAS clicking my thumb when i manipulated it, its gotten better over the past few weeks where it no longer feels like its rolling,

when i was careless with it and caught it on a door frame or laid on it wrong it would be a 10 on the pain scale, literally i was smelling the pain as i screamed into my bed pillow, itss now a dull pain and would probably be an 8 if i hit it wrong again, if i close my fingers around my thumb i have millimeters sof lateral side to side movement in my wrist where in my other wrist i have a cm or two of side to side movvement, wtf happened? i did nothing to cause such an acute injury
