I don’t know who is teaching these technicians to turn your can of Freon sideways or upside down don’t do that it will destroy your compressor and all the seals inside it and trust me if it destroys the compressor in a closed system you will have to flush out the whole system and replace a lot of parts almost your complete system. Always allow Freon to flow as a gas into the system the compressor will automatically turn it into a liquid once it gets the right amount of compressed gas so take advice from an old dog do it the whole way it will take a little bit longer but your system will last a hell of a lot longer than these new technicians are trying to show you, you cannot rush a good technician and his work these new technicians coming out from trade schools are a dime a dozen but when you see an older technician you know what he’s doing he’s lived it he’s done it and he is full of experience.
