Let us take you through the recharge process step by step and show you just how simple it can be to recharge your A/C yourself with A/C Pro.

I so appreciate the video. Was taking a 5 hour trip by car to NY and my A/C was pumping out hot air. Local oil change place wanted $199 to recharge the A/C. I watched your video and bought the A/C Pro Kit and in literally 10 minutes had the A/C nice and cold. Thank you! A crime to charge $199!

I lowered the A/C temperature using the A/C Pro kit following the instructions here. My A/C system was behaving oddly before the recharge. Ford 1999 F-250. At the first step, I started the engine and turned the A/C to MAX. With just the gauge on, the needle would go from green and then dip into white for a few seconds, then the A/C compressor clutch would kick out for 4 seconds, then back in for about 20 seconds. This repeated for 10 minutes. Each time the gauge would drop to about 22, then rise to about 40. I re-checked the A/C controls, all correct.

I decided to just add a little, as the analog gauge was dipping into the white area, about 20 PSI. After adding new refrigerant for a minute or two, the cycling stopped and the A/C system stayed on! This was a pleasant surprise. I continued adding till the gauge read about 35 PSI.

Nice cold A/C now. Thanks very much!

I just did it on my son's Corolla, It worked great! I've always been a little nervous about doing it the old fashioned way with everyone talking about not getting on the high pressure side etc. This is a pretty genius thing. Keeping life simple and cheap and diy

This is the best AC recharge video I have ever seen. Bought a used car and found out the ac was overfilled, by using the hose only. Awesome video

I tried this several weeks back and I don't know, I just couldn't get any results even though I used to do this to my previous car with no issues. Anyhows, I decided to give it another go today. Added maybe 3 psi and boom a world of difference. Thank you from an older lady who likes to be self-reliant.

Straight to the point and crystal clear. This guy is awesome. The only video on YouTube that shows exactly how to use the bottle. Many thanks.

Just did this for my 2012 Honda CRV. It’s a temporary fix, but it works wonders on my AC now! If yall are doing this, be sure to not overcharge. I charged mine up to around 31 psi. It’s better to undercharge than to overcharge. Also take into account of the ambient air temp. I did mine when it was around 78-80F in my garage. It’s also very important to know how much psi that your car operates for the A/C. Some cars have a lower/higher psi that the a/c takes of refrigerant than others.

Excellent easy to understand video.
Just recharged the A/C in my 2015 VW GTI (the air has been steadily blowing less and less cold over time) and it worked perfectly!
I did however only pull the trigger for about 3 second intervals, checked the gauge, 3 seconds again...
