How to recharge AC in a car. Want cold air in your car this summer? I show you a quick and cheap way to get cold air if you have a slow leak in your AC system by recharging your AC system with refrigerant. I chose this refrigerant because the sealer in this product is a conditioner so it wont damage the ac system or the ac recovery machines mechanics use.

Hey Chris I’ve been watching your videos since I was 16. My father wasn’t really around to teach me about cars, I know you have no idea who I am but you were like a dad to me, guiding me into the world of cars, thanks for all you do.

This is a very good video. One tip: when you're getting ready to add refrigerant, loosely hold the hose fitting next to the charging port and use the trigger to deliver a small squirt. When you see refrigerant starting to come out of the fitting, quickly attach it to the port. This procedure flushes air and moisture out of the hose -- and you don't want either of those inside your A/C system.

I have cancer and very weak and my 80yo mom's car ac stopped blowing cold air. We don't have money or skills to fix cars, but your video helped me save my mom from suffering in her hot car, which allows her to take herself and I to the doctors in comfort! Thankyou! You truly are a lifesaver!

I'm a 54-year-old registered nurse (I don't work on cars) and I watched this video and filled up the refrigerant in my 2004 Saturn Vue. The temperature outside was 100 degrees in humid southwestern Virginia when I took my teenage grandsons to the fair. The AC was so cold in the car we had to turn it off!! It had only blown hot air before this quick fix. Thank you so much!!! You saved me a lot of time and an excessive amount of BS! 😀

This is, by far, the best tutorial on how to recharge your car's A/C. He uses clear, concise language, speaks like a professional, uses perfect panning of camera so you can follow his instructions precisely. He also has a way of making this seem like anyone can do it. I'm feeling confident now. I've watched other videos and felt like calling the nearest auto repair shop for fearing that I would screw it up. I am subscribing to his videos and I feel so lucky to have found this guy! He just saved me $200.00. The shop was going to charge me $230.00 to do this work. Thank you so much for posting this very helpful tutorial!! You are amazing!!

I spent basically 3 summers driving my car without a/c because of all the refrigerant leaked out and I didn't want to pay hundreds of dollars to recharge it or fix the leak at a local mechanic shop.

Today, I realized I could've recharged the refrigerant myself for a fraction of the price I would've had to pay at the shop.

You're awesome, Chris. Thank you.

You’ve helped me clean my 97 Mustang GT’s engine, fixed my odometer, change my oil, and now recharge my A/C in her. I‘m learning a ton about her, I feel an expert on my Mustang’s engine. Thanks so much!!

Excellent video! I've been working on cars for 20+ years mostly maintenance and small repairs. This is the first time I have had to recharge A/C refrigerant. I found your walk-thru clear and on point w/out all the filler talk. Your vid is helpful and doesn't waste time. Love it. God Bless. Keep up the great work.

Your tutorial was so easy to follow and clear, I managed to repair the A/C in my son's car.
You did a good tutorial. I saved money by not taking my car to the repairman.
Excellent video. Thanks a lot.
