What to do when someone violates your boundaries

When people violate your boundaries you don’t set more boundaries with them you remove yourself from the situation.

A good example of this is watching interactions between humans and horses. They say horses are a good judge of character..and if you watch a horses around people you can see that they are sensitive to energy.

If someone else crazy energy that doesn’t serve the horse the horse distances itself from that human and it surely doesn’t allow that human to ride it.

This is what you should do with people and situations that don’t serve you. If you start to feel your nervous system being disregulated and you know someone has violated a boundary.

Remove yourself from the situation!

Sometimes its with someone you invite over, which can make the situation a little more challenging but in that instance you tell them to stop talking about whatever it is or they can go home. That puts a stop to it for mw.

My cousin kept turning up at my house on announced used my toilet used my perfume then left she would sometimes even turn up with friends and their kids when I asked her not to turn up at my house unannounced I find disrespectful she argued with me and said it's not disrespectful started throwing stuff in my face and I just realised wow she was benefiting from me having no boundaries it's my home and she doesn't get to tell me what is disrespectful she is a big gaslighter.
