Hashimoto’s, to brain surgery in 2023, to weight gain, mostly inflammation, to a complete life change, no inflammation and getting back to doing the things I love… you saved my life Dr. Chaffee ❤️ thank you.

This is actually literally one of the minor end time signs and it goes as follows:

"You will have an abundance of food, but not its blessings."

This is exactly the trend which is unfolding everywhere, there is food available everywhere but not the minerals and vitamins or enzymes that should be there.

Intensive agriculture, gm crops, plant based lunacy, ultra processed food, toxic additives, sugar everywhere etc

All these things contribute to the nutritional deficit in humans.

beef liver, lamb liver or any kind of liver is a medicine on its own. Kidneys, heart and any other organs are top miraculous foods.

Chicken hearts with salt oregano cilantro is so good along with butter. I drink the fat that goes into from the hearts and butter and man my menstrual cycle has improved greatly. Eggs and sardines as well in my diet and already seeing benefits in just less than two months. Carnivore is amazing

I currently consume liver regularly because it helps give my brain and body the boost it needs. Been eating it since i was a child. Never had any dislike for it.

Been a liver lover for all my life...with bacon and onions of course! Also have great pate recipes. Dr. Darren Schmidt says it contains all the B vitamins...probably over 70! The problem is I never ate it as much as my body likely wanted it. I had Berberi and Pernicious Anemia, as well as other B deficiencies. So now I'm eating regularly and will continue to as long as I love it. But focusing more on meats now I suspect the desire will decline in time. 😊

How should you check this if the guidelines for vitamins and minerals may not be correct at all when you live carnivorous?

I love liver and bacon! I thought I would miss the onions and thickened gravy but not at all. I like lambs liver and calves liver. I also make a chicken liver pate with butter and cream😊
If I casserole with beef, I generally add some lambs kidney.
Steak 'n' kidney and liver and bacon are classic British dishes

It is very expansive to check all the vitamins, minerals and so on.

Most can’t handle eating organs, probably Dr C included, I would advise everyone to eat them. I think you honor the animal this way and the nutrition is exceptional.

I love organ meats. I have been eating them since I was a kid, but now easier to eat them as a carnivore, just to have a variety of meats.

If you are on a Lion diet should you include beef liver 2 times a week or something?
Is the 4 grams of carbs in the liver an issue?
Will my beef and tallow be enough?

Over fed but under nourished…. Could it be because the body keeps looking for nourishment and never stops cravings ?

If you don’t measure, it doesn’t get fixed.
But most doctors seem to run on opinions.

I tried to eat liver but I can't get down a single bite. Tastes absolutely horrible.

How long is carnivore/keto safe? Are there any good studies on this? I felt great on keto and was just told to only do it for 2 months max, but couldn't find any studies on the long term safety.

I take a basic vitamin supplement... I like low carb or keto diets. How do you feel about eating only boiled eggs daily? Will cholesterol kill me since I'm in my mid 40s now :(

I used Tobe very anti supplement and was very pro getting your macros and micros from real food. I'm still not against that, BUT I've come to realize that if I can feel better and be healthier by using supplements, then why not? Why wouldn't I want to optimize and be better??
