Thank you Dr. Evans! You are truly a blessing to me. I heard you speaking God's word 3 years ago, I had just survived a hemorrhage (after 3 procedures they were able to save my life), had a newborn and 4 other children, was homeless, with no place to go, my friends and family abandoned us to the streets and I couldn't help but cry out, "Why would God keep me here, if this is what he had in store for me?" It was a 110 degrees outside and I didn't even have enough to ride a bus to keep my babies cool, I had failed them...but then I heard you speaking God's words on the radio and the Holy Spirit pierced my heart. You reminded me, I had been here before, in troubled times and Jesus Christ had washed me clean and carried me through, drawing me closer to him along the way. I am glad for the light of God you help to spread in this world and many days, I lean on your sermons to keep my eyes focused on the prize, Jesus Christ!
