People will still die from infectious and congenital diseases, hunger, snake bites, drowning, fires, road/rail/air accidents, murders, suicides and even boredom.
Well, people have died of laughter on this planet.

While I wouldn't want to live forever, I do wish at 90 years old I could look and be as physically fit and mentally sharp as I was at age 25 which was my age when I was discharged from the US army after 6 great years of service.
