That’s where I get confused. If the buyer sends the money to title company, how do I get my $20k when the seller gets their $300k. That part confuses me. Who gives me the $20k? The title company? Because they see I had the seller under contract for $300k??? Please help me understand that part

How about 2 houses connected by a breezeway - on Oak Creek In Oak Creek Canyon - Sedona - needs a remodel, or possibly full remodel down to the studs....with another 3rd small bungalow 1 bd. Rm - directly on the creek with its own rocky beach - listed 3.2 m. But I've been the one renting the bungalow for the last decade. Could definitely get it at a lower price....

A friend of mine is selling me her brother's house he passed a few years back it is the oldest house in a nice neighborhood. The houses on each side of me sold 160, 000 and 140, 000. I'm buying mine for $20, 000 I still have 15 left I would like to put another 15 into it for repairs and sell it for 120, 000 but I would need a loan to do that and I don't have good credit

Direct to seller is the best bet, the MLS is not a good way to go that's like going to the supermarket and buying oranges and trying to flip them. The investor don't want deals on the MLS, they can find that on there own. Just go door to door or cold calling and mailers be the best bet.
