mysql not recogized as internal or external cmd

'mysql' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file

Make sure MySQL is installed
if installed xampp, the bin directory is here
C:\xampp\mysql\bin

Open environment setup and add the bin path to the path env variable

Start new session of the terminal.
