Thank you so much. All other videos I have seen told me to add the mysql bin path with ";" on an already existing path. Creating a new one fixed it! Thank you :)

Sorry I can't tell without viewing your Screen. I checked out just now in Windows 8. After clicking on Environment Variable, in the System Variables Section, scroll down a bit. Path variable is there. Single Click on it. Then Click on Edit, then in Windows 8 it is showing me only two fields. in the Second field at the end of the existing paths give semicolon and paste your mysql path. Hope this helps.
