I mean, if it's a creature with a code name it's just a code name, he was refering to religious angels so whatever. But I do hate how they took the most appealing character in the original show, the one everyone remembered and cosplayed and talked about, and didn't use any of his appeal.
It's a general problem with how Vulcans had to be slightly changed as they become more common characters so they don't have Spock #2 and Spock #3 with interchangeable lines, and the meant changing them more as they had more vulcans around, but jumping the the newest show makes it clear how bad they did that job.

I didn't understand this video at first because I didn't see the new preview of the STD season. Can this show get anything correct? I'm not saying they have to be cookie cutter, the same characters and everything the same every second but for the love of God angels? Who is writing this utter shit?
