I have been experiencing this for years and a firm believer in killing people with kindness and you also brought up a great point regarding how you dont want anything to go back as being perceived as the one who loses control! I agree. By reacting calmly and rationally and by not buying into their temper tantrums, you make all the Karens and Kevins look even more stupid 😅! Easier said than done, but with practice comes mastery.
