What FRAME RATE is BEST for Filmmaking?

For those of us in the PAL regions of the world swap those numbers for 25/50/100fps respectively. When I started out I couldn't understand why I kept getting flickering lines when shooting under artificial light, I was shooting 30/60/120fps like YouTube told me. Swap to 25/50/100 and this will fix that (mostly).

24 is a lot less forgiving with panning and heavy motion.

As you can't mix uneven framerates, I try to avoid 24 where possible. Most cameras will let you shoot at 60 or 120 which drops nicely in a 30fps timeline. A lot of consumer cameras don't shoot in 48 or 144.

There is also a larger amount of stock footage at 30fps, which can't be used in a 24fps timeline.

I'm in a PAL region, but shoot with 30 using studio lights (which aren't affected by the electrical system)

Those little 6 extra frames give so much more freedom.

Why does no one mention being stuck with locked shutter speeds so shooting at a higher frame rate (and thus shutter speed) helps keep aperture down without an ND Filter.

Why does cinematic shoot at lower frame rate that regular digital media? I would think they cinematic would shoot at high frame rates so that they have more versatility right?

Woah woah... Let me ask doubt or question i kinda do video /photographer work on some devices so if i need a video specifically a movie like to present community or to my relatives i can shoot it 24 fps also i neede some of the clips from that to promote my work which is 30/60 depends Kinda get idea??
If not i need both but i can only use which one should i use

Why does it make a difference if you can just export everything in 24fps in post?

If video is shot in 24, at what rate should i render it.
And if my phone can only allow upto 30 and not below 30 how to shoot cinematic video like 24 fps ??
