120fps slowmotion is going to be even crisper, and a lot slower.

Motion blur has almost nothing to do with frame-rate... It's all about shutter speed. All frame rate does is limit your slowest available shutter speed.

What eats up more hard drive space and processing power, 1080 @ 30 frames or 720 @ 60 ?

So basically film in 24 unless you are going to film in slow
Motion then bump it up?

You may want to correct this sentence in your video title, "Do You Know What The Best Frame Rate Is To Us" into "Do You Know What The Best Frame Rate Is To Use" a critiquy Mc'triquerson :)

So... why is this YT vid (by way of exception) not in 60fps in the first place?

The main reason why you wouldn't shoot 60 all of the time isn't because it would slow you down; it's because the shutter speed would be too high and you wouldn't get the appropriate motion blur at 24fps if you attempted to play it back in real-time.

More frames doesn't = more real. It makes less motion blur, which is natural in the real world. Our eyes are drawn to 24fps, because it almost mimics what our eyes do perfectly, which is what creates more appeal. 60fps is very smooth, and looks like everything is gliding. Very unnatural. It should only be used for slow motion if you want things to look natural.

So much bullshit here... You can have 60 fps and motion blur its juste a matter of shutter speed. Stop shooting in automatic mode. The worst case scenario is some traveling on cinema with high shutter speed and low framerate its almost unwatchable.

The canon 250d doesn't do 24fps it's o ly 30fps, is that a problem?
Should I go with the older 200d that shoots at 24fps but no 4k like the 250d

60 or 30 FPS footage does not look “butter smooth” but bad when played back @ 24 FPS because 60 or 30 does not divide evenly with 24.Only if you slow it down to 40% or 80% it looks fine. Get your math straight before posting inaccuracies.

Peter Jackson tried to experiment with The Hobbit at 48 fps and it was a fucking fail. It ended up looking like a soap opera.
