Calamity is a wonderful mod with a wonderful soundtrack, made by one of the greatest musicians possible: DM DOKURO. We loved the soundtrack so much that we eventually became consumed by greed, that morphed into hatred. In our want for newer and newer tracks, we became consumed by our 'need' for more. We broke DM DOKURO in our attempts to create good. In lieu of DM DOKURO leaving the Calamity project, I will semi-breakdown my 5 favorite tracks.

1: Stained, Brutal Calamity. 2:54:14
Stained, Brutal Calamity, is Supreme Calamitas' theme, using many rock/metal elements, as well as opera-ish elements with the lyrics. GRIEF represents her want to stop you, reinforced by the major Raw, Unfiltered Calamity motifs and the loud guitar riffs. The lyrics also show this, but also creates the storyline of how Yharim finally saw the Terrarian as a threat after Yharon was defeated. LAMENT shows how the Terrarian is determined to defeat Supreme Calamitas, as seen in the lyrics and the (slightly)morphed rhythms. The first half of EPHIPHANY shows that some kind of prophecy has been fulfilled during this using the foreboding lyrics, and the instrumentals enhance this feeling. The second half shows that either the Terrarian or Supreme Calamitas, likely the latter, has stopped playing fair and is going all out. ACCEPTANCE represents how Supreme Calamitas accepts her defeat and that her curse has been lifted.

2: Unholy Insurgency. 1:36:15
Unholy Insurgency, Providence, the Profaned Goddess', theme, is a Dubstep heavy theme with some epic sounding church bells. Perfectly fit for a goddess, it also incorporates her guardians' theme(obviously) into the mix.

3: Scourge of the Universe. 1:47:23
Scourge of the Universe, a fitting name for both the Devourer himself, and his track. The opening riff shows the chaos you have summoned, and the semi-main part(the bit where a sub-melody jumps from left to right ears) brings the feeling of, "OH god, I think I've made a mistake!" The calm part before the second-ish beat drop bring the feeling of winning, but then you realize that DoG has a second phase and you're not even close, or, in his terms, "IT'S NOT OVER YET, KID!"

4: Fly of Beelzebub. 1:13:57
A fitting name for the Plaguebringer Goliath's track name, don't you think? It shows the high paced, intensity of the battle, and uses more Dubstep elements to bring forth the chaos of her entourage.

5: Return to Slime. 0:22:53
When you hear that drumroll, all you can really think is, "Uh-oh, I've stepped in it now!" With the heavy synth use and big guitar solo-ish bits, you really have stepped into chaos. The choir also creates the slight feeling of dread, as they are essentially singing for your demise. Who's singing? No-one really knows, but they just are.
