This video is just lies, I had a total loss and according to the video (2:12 minute mark) in a total loss situation they give you extra time to search for a vehicle, and what they told me is they only give you 5 days not even the minimum 7 days for a NOT total loss so the exact opposite of what the video says. Plus on the renewal document, I only have a max benefit (dollar-based) limit and they don't mention a day limitation nor the reduced days for total loss. I have no idea how anyone expects you to replace your car given the current marketplace in five freaking days!
