1. Check Device Manager
- find WAN port
- Delete all WAN Port
- Refresh
- test VPN again
2. Open Control Panel
- Remote Program
- view update last
- delete security update microsoft
- restart
- test VPN again
3. Solution no update windows 10 or 11
- install app no update windows 10
- disable service windows update - windows 10 or 11
