Don’t forget to drink water.

I skip breakfast because once food touches my mouth, I have a hard time not eating; especially if im home. Do I fast? Not really. I don’t have a schedule. I just eat when im hungry. 

I had a Powerade Zero in the morning before my lunch. Keeps the mouth occupied, I stay hydrated, and curbs the hunger a bit. I eat my first meal when I get irritably hungry. I pair it with a Pepsi Zero because carbonation helps with satiety and it controls my appetite. Zero calorie drinks means zero weight gain.

People often eat the same amount of food everyday. So if you are a person that drinks their calories, it’s going to be tough to lose weight because those drinks aren’t keeping your tummy satisfied. Eat foods that fill the stomach for lower calorie during fat loss, and dieting will become a lot smoother and more enjoyable. Just because youre eating fewer calories doesnt mean youre eating less food. If anything, you should be eating more than you usually eat during fat loss. Most importantly, look forward to your meals. This isn’t supposed to be hell on earth.
