What a Great Guitar! The PRS Mark Lettieri Fiore

I finally get my hands on the Fiore. I run down the specs and features, talk about the quality and playability, and demo the guitar both in isolation and in a mix.
Demos are played directly into a Fender Tone Master Deluxe Reverb with no pedals and the only effect being the onboard reverb.

In early 2022 I owned 8 S-style guitars, every single one of them more expensive than the Fiore (the most expensive one being a Fender Masterbuilt for almost $8k). After buying the Fiore I have sold all of them, and got a second Fiore as a backup. Playing since 1973 this is the best guitar I have ever played, bar none.

You got some great tones out of that guitar. Vintage sounding but very versatile as well. PRS knocks it out of the park again. 👍🏼

Although I don't own one, if I went for a PRS, there's a good chance I'd go for a Fiore. Thanks for sharing your thoughts Leonard.

Great demo, everything about this guitar sounds like a winner. The only thing I personally not a fan of is a floating tremolo with my playing style. I often like to hit the open E or A string as a background drone while doing some playing with string bending and the drone string used to go out of tune a hair every time. Maybe I just had a crappy trem system back then! Anyway, seems like a well made guitar and great to hear you're still doing live gigs!👍😎

Great overview! Seems super versatile, lotsa options - never come across this model, seems to be a Swiss Army Knife for studio or live if you're not into carting 3 or 4 guitars around. I think PRS have sort of mastered the coil split / parallel whatever thing. I do wonder whether people have a preference between push / pull or a couple of extra small switches? I have a PRS SE Custom 24-08 and I'm really impressed, esp considering it's a 'budget model'. I prefer the 2 mini-switches to push pull - they just feel a little more 'reassuring' somehow - less chance of wearing out . . . but that's just moi 😅Cheers!

Great episode! But if you had to pick just one as your “desert island” guitar, would you choose this over the Silver Sky, NF53, or Suhr S- and T-style guitars?
