I work from home 90% of the time. Great tips. I too try to get out of the office for 30 to 60 minutes a day to get away from my home office. I am a Windows user. I have three 20 inch monitors. I cannot tell you how much I use all three. Two are side by side with one above. Makes my work so much more efficient. I do like the separate desk idea. I definitely will look into that idea. Thanks again.
