I've seen on another blog (for Celebrity Beyond, sister ship), if this type of room goes unsold, they give it to employees to enjoy, who are nominated by their peers. I think that's so sweet.

Yes 'things happen'. But for you to be waiting and hour for food cooked incorrectly and for you to experience such things on more than one occasion is a bit of a black mark against a brand that markets itself as being above the competition. It's not great at any price point but at the ticket price involved I'd have hoped they were proactively reaching out to you at the time & post cruise to deliver a, genuine, service recovery package.

An hour's wait for an incorrectly cooked steak is irritating especially as they know you're in the top suite. But then the next delay at breakfast then the cocktail delay unacceptable If this is how little they care about treating the people at the highest price point....I can't fathom what they think about those at the lowest. Regent Seven Seas or Seabourn for all the money I say. Celebrity clearly can't deliver at that level despite charging those prices.

For over $10 grand a day i would expect way better service lol. Waiting 30 min for a drink and an hour per a meal is unacceptable. Anyone who actually pays out of pocket for this is an absolute sucker.

Wow, beautiful room and all of the included specialty dining is great! Though, the $20 limit on complimentary drinks seems a bit silly when you're paying that much.
