Satellite imagery caught the first 48 hours of Milton and the spinning eye as the storm exploded into a Category 5 storm Monday.

Looks like it under went an eye wall replacement cycle. This storm is a monster. If it wasn't for the shear and dry air this would be the perfect storm.

As a Floridian who been to many many hurricanes, this is the first one that's scary me, it's reminde me of Katrina. I don't think none of us Floridian are ready, but we are doing our best to stay safe. Pray for Us

Wow that has got very organized I pray for everybody in its path it is going to absolutely be very destructive it's going to take Florida years to recover especially right after the previous hurricane I am just lost for words and I'm praying for all my friends and family in Florida this is one reason why I'm glad that I moved out of Florida not only has it gotten expensive the insurance is ridiculous it's going to get worse terrible and what a beautiful state my prayers go out for everyone

I have friends in Florida.
You should move here she said. Everything in New and beautiful. I said Everything is new because it has to be rebuilt every couple of years. As much as I miss my friends, there's no way in hell would could live there. Stay safe Florida! Our prayers are with you all.
