arm circles forwards
arm circles backwards
shoulder mobility

upper bod:
Chin up 3 x As Many Reps As Possible (I do 3-5)
Bent bar row 4x10
Single lat pull-down 4x10 per side

Sprints 30 sec on 30 sec off @ 11 speed x 5 rounds

Core finisher:
Toe tap crunch 30 sec
Single leg Jack knife 1 min
Plank 2 min hold
Repeat all x 3

Don’t forget to stretch it out!!
