Instructions: Wet sand the rough edges of the old clear coat with 800 grit sand paper, scuff remainder of the area you are applying to with grey scuff pad. Wipe on clear coat fast in an even direction. Do not go back over areas after 30 seconds of applying to avoid imperfections. If some areas need to be touched up, wait 24 hours for full cure. Scuff with grey scuff pad and reapply to area.

Make sure when you use a wax and grease remover or an IPA before any coating you don’t let it dry before taking the dry cloth and removing because if you let it dry after the first wipe, all that stuff that was just picked up dries on the panel again. This is a very important step.

I have a 1993 dodge ram D350 my adopted dad handed to me he bought it off the show room floor of dodge and cambells in centralia, Washington and he kept it mostly garaged but since I’ve had it I haven’t exactly had a garage or anything to cover it due to apartment restrictions and part of the hood and some of the body the original clear coat is coming off so I was hoping there was a easier fix then a body shop for those few spots and here we are definitely will be giving it a go!!!
