Hey Paul, good stuff as always. I got this neat tip for anyone practising handstand on parallettes. Find a low ceiling (garage) then press feet against ceiling in handstand mode on parallettes. Relax feet and develop confidence, balance, strength in freestanding mode. As soon as u feel loss of balance press feet back into ceiling. Works for me.

So far I’m at level 1, on top of this I can also do a modified tripod headstand and it really helps with getting used to being inverted.

i got number 4, L sit to handstand back to L sit

I am at level one and I can only do one rep! It hurts(super sore) even only 1 rep.
