I found that gently clicking my fingers and tapping helps my grandson and myself to self regulate 😊

My son is autistic and used to have a really bad sleeping schedule, he is now almost 6 and what has worked for almost 2 years is, no napping at all during the day, set activities with timers to move on to the next activity, some warm milk around 7pm with maybe some almonds or a piece of sweet bread, a warm bath around 8pm till about 830pm, I do my bible lesson and tell him he can listen to a toni after my lesson, but he always falls asleep as im reading my lesson out loud.

Channon this all sounds so exhausting, idk how you do it. You always seem so calm and completely at ease when it comes to your kids, I would go absolutely crazy!

WI have 4 kids and my 2 youngest would wake up in the middle of the night screaming & the drs thought that they had night terrors, it turns out they had very large tonsils and when they would fall asleep their tonsils would block their airways when they played flat

SAA makes soft clothing for a fair price that’s made by a dad who has two autistic kids! They’re from the UK, so it would take a while to come

Channon I would HIGHLY recommend grounding/earthing pads to put under all your sheets. Helps so much with sleeping and anxiety. Much love to you all. 💖💖💖

Loving your shirt! Such a very helpful video! My nephew loves masks. He wears them everywhere. We love the slime with things in it. Popping things etc in it. My nephew wears headphones in the stores. The loudness is too much on him.

I am neurodivergent and I agree with you that the fan is a game changer. I always get overheated when I have panic attacks. Something that helps. Me are essential oil, roller balls. I love rubbing lavender essential oil on my pulse points like my neck and inner wrists. Also, even though darker skin might not burn as easily it’s still important to wear sunscreen, no matter what your skin colour is since the sun rays still penetrate the skin. I am like you and I’m more than natural minded person so I buy clean beauties brand sunscreens. You still get all the benefits and vitamin D absorption.

Hi. The fan is a really great idea and I will have to try it. With mozzie bites, I have a friend who told me to press with a fingernail and make a cross on the bite. It seems to dissipate the itch (not religious, somehow just a practical thing). How does one handle neurodivergence as an adult? Thanks.🎉

Great video! I noticed a little something in the upper left corner at 12:21. Could just be the camera!! But curious if you’ve experienced any spooky activity at your new house! I grew up in a haunted house so that stuff always interests me. Hope I’m not freaking you out 😭

grey label has the softest clothes, but you only wash them 30celcius and use fabric softener. They're a bit pricy but sometimes they have sales. it's a German brand so not sure if they deliver to Europe. if you want I could send them to you. :)

My daughter hated clothes too until she was about 6 then she willingly wore them and grew out of it. She’d literally run around naked if i’d let her. It was a battle every day just wearing undies but like i said she did grow out of it. Now she’s miss modest lol! She’s 14 now.
