Bought LG SK1 sound bar and it is a spectacular piece of junk straight out of the box. Tech from the 80s is better. I think the most satisfaction I will get from this pos is to smash it to bits.

I thought I was reasonably tech savvy...ha! This video went so fast, my head is spinning. Will go somewhere else. LG soundbar setup is so confusing. The manual is just as confusing. Too bad all this stuff is made in China.

Do you know if you can pair any LG wireless subwoofer to a soundbar (sk9y)? LG tech told me it had to be the same sub that was made in the factory paired with the specific soundbar..?? Sounds strange. Anyone can help? Thanks

I purchased your LG C1 55in TV a few weeks ago and also grabbed a Sony x8500 Atmos soundbar. I have no idea why this is causing me such problems it's almost as if the HDMI port 2 for the Arc on my TV is not recognizing the soundbar. I replaced this with a rather crappy one that sounded much better. I don't know what's going on, as I try to assign the HDMI port to the Soundbar but nothing spectacular. I also understand that there's not a lot of Atmos content but there's gotta be something very basic that I'm not doing right. Any suggestions?

I recently bought SC9s and its pretty good soundbar. However I am struggling with Alexa setup as its not taking any commands. Did the Alexa feature setup through the LG soundbar app and also added the soundbar in the Alexa app but the soundbar doesn’t take any commands! Any help will be much appreciated.

I bought the rear speakers to pair with the soundbar. The directions say to change the setting to "surround" but where do I go to make the change? the TV menu does not have it.
