ACTUALLY, it's a good idea to have your amp turn on with the stereo so if you turn the radio off it won't waste power but having a switch works too

Marco can i connect my factory speakers directly to the aftermarket adaptor and run those speaker wires to the Amp ny passing the old adaptor ?

Make sure power wire and rca cables are ran on opposite sides of the car (away from each other ).

Are your door speakers connected ? Is that why you don’t have any RCA’s in your stereo besides your amplifier one?

So i had a sub connected and working. I swapped my radio and had 3 sub wires. 2 being the av jacks and the third I think was the remote wire? Do u have any idea what the remote wire is there for or what to connect it to

Im going to install a 5 channel Kenwood Amp with a remote wire to control the bass..what i need to know is 4 gauge wire is sufficient? Now the comnection to the head unit i need to know what kind of unit i need so i dont blow up my Amp. Last question do i run my 4 speaker (2)for each door (2 for the rear door) speakers from my head unit to to my Amp or do i use a unit to wire up each wire from the 2 doors and 2 rear doors back to the Amp unit. The Hot wire and the remote wire along with the the wire cut off at the batterry so i dont blow up my unit? Id appreciated as much info as mossible because its the first unit i have ever installed?

If I was installing an amp for my front and rear speakers then how would I plug my rca’s into my radio if I only have one positive and one negative? Do I need 4 rca’s? I’m a bit new and learning
